After all that has been done, you probably have a lot of plastic dust and stuff all over the place. Plus some is most likely in the headlight as well. I searched HT and found that you can bake your headlights at 200° for 8 min. and another 2 min. at the same temp. if that is not long enough. Then pull the clips off and pull apart the glass from the housing. Be VERY careful! I tired this and when pulling the clips I broke the glass off and just decide not to go any farther. I went to a Friends with high pressure air and just all the junk out instead. I wish I could have gotten them apart that would have made it tens times more simple to clean. But oh well.
Moving on, Get out your glue. SiliconeII (pic below)

I got it for $3 and some change at my local Home Depot.
Apply glue on the on the housing, dont get stingy! (Pic. below)

Then put your HID bulb in the hole, The part with the return wire goes on the bottom. (black/brown thing on the outside of the bulb, refer to upper pic above by MTK) Pic of it done below.

Now add more glue on top of the bulbs base and the housing. to that is stays in place, we don't need HID bulbs flopping all over the place.
The glue will get tacky in about 30 min. but let it dry for a full 24 hours before doing anything else. While you’re waiting for the glue to dry, now is a good time to hook up the ballast.
First cut off the 9006 plug from the harness. Leave a couple inches of wire just incase you ever want to go back to 9006. Now wire up your ballast. red to red and black to black.
After that, find a good place to mount the ballast. Make sure you still have enough slack to connect up your HID's. I used zip ties, kind of ghetto but they hold in place real well. (Sorry, no pics of that)
Okay, once the glue has set for 24 hours, reinstall your headlights and bumper. Hook up the HID ballast to the HID bulb. Close the hood and turn on your lights and test them out. If everything lights up like it should then fine a wall and adjust your headlights. There is a page online on how to do this the right way. But I dont know the link. Use google and you should be able to find it.
Good Luck, have fun and dont get to pissed off. Remember Its better to take to little then to much, Except for on the glue part. If you have question then please post up.
